An evening full of fun and comradeship

KUALA LUMPUR , 5 Jun - It was proven to be an evening full of fun and laughter for those who were at the MyMode Agents' Day Out, held in Dewan Wawasan, Menara PGRM, Cheras this evening.

The auspicious event, organised by Asia Mobile Commerce Privilege (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading mobile technology provider, was held mainly in appreciation to the company’s large number of members who have greatly contributed towards creating the success potion for the company.

In his opening address, the CEO of Asia Mobile Commerce Privilege (M) Sdn Bhd, Mr. Jason Chin pointed out that the company has enjoyed huge success ever since the establishment of its maiden project, MyMode in early 2004. MyMode comprises a system which fully utilises the advantages of mobile commerce to provide its members with easy and practical purchasing solutions.

"We believe more and more people are lured to MyMode because of its attractive package. Firstly, purchasing products via MyMode means you are saved from the normal hassles that come with shopping either at stores or online. Besides that, MyMode combines the power of mobile commerce and SMS technology to create a unique mobile shopping experience for users. And of course, there are the rewards and incentives given to MyMode users to complete the package," elaborated Jason.

Currently, the company is set on spreading its wings to other countries in the region. As of now, the company has successfully expanded its business to Thailand and Indonesia.

The event, which was officiated by YB Datuk Tan Chai Ho, the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, saw a huge turnout of almost 2,000 members of the company from all over the nation. While many were eager to enjoy the cultural and entertainment shows, others were simply looking forward to catch up and partake in long conversations with fellow members. The share of laughs that evening was provided by Helmi and the Gimmicks, and the crowd was also highly entertained by the grace and charm featured in the colourful performance by the cultural dancers.

The highlight of the whole event was undoubtedly the lucky draw sessions, which saw many lucky winners bringing home attractive prizes. Among the prizes that were given away include three Modenas Kriss 100 motorcycles and 10 Motorola handphones worth RM350 each.

On the whole, MyMode Agents' Day Out was a definite success. It is understood that the fact further fuelled the company's interest to organise more events bearing a similar theme in the near future.
