A considerably large portion of our members consists of those who are from suburban and remote areas. Some of them were unfamiliar with mobile technology to the extent that they did not know how to send or receive messages via SMS. To help them overcome the problem, we organise roadshows and seminars throughout the nation to educate them, especially on aspects related to mobile knowledge and how-tos.

We also provide technical support to members who may have accidentally made erroneous transactions via the system. Our customer care division is always ready to lend a helping hand and provide guides and support to them.
